Their "new" recipe for chocolate chip cookies taste fantastic. Don't know about low carb, but eating a half dozen of these does nothing to my blood sugar. A slice of bread is more carb/sugar than these. I hope they continue coming out with more cookies. Their parfaits and cakes also taste great, but the cookies are my fav.
